Private Group Classes (co-ed)

Yoga or Fitness Boot Camp

$50 hr up to 10 people if 4 times or more a month.

$80 hr up to 10 people with no minimum per month.

Email kristy@effieandevie.com to reserve your private groups time. The private classes can be co-ed. 

So far we have private groups such as ladies that work together that want to workout together, wedding party, sports teams, karate group, a family and kids group. These were outdoor boot camps and indoor yoga classes.

We are a health company that offers Fitness classes. We also host health and fitness events. 

We will offer different types of  yoga classes, weight loss boot camps, healthy cooking classes, fun events, meal plans and Raw Chocolate/Yoga Workshops. Our events will be for all fitness levels, ages and genders. All our events vary in location. So come back soon when we post our events for 2017.

Yoga Classes

What types of Yoga Classes? We offer Vinyasa Flow Yoga Sculpt/Fat-blasting Yoga, Restorative and Hatha yoga.  

Vinyasa: is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "VinyasaFlow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures

Hatha: is a yoga system of physical exercises and breathing control.

Restorative: it is the use of props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. It is a practice of deliberate stillness and requires no muscular effort.

Yoga Sculpt/Fat-Blasting Yoga

What is a Yoga Sculpt/Fat-Blasting Yoga class? These classes are sometimes referred to as Power Yoga. But this is little different... It incorporates a lot of strength and conditioning. We incorporate boot camp style strength moves with Yoga.  What that means is you will be doing yoga with weights, a lot of isometric holds, cardio built into the exercises, constant movement, sports conditioning exercises  and weight training. This class will help sculpt your muscles while elongating your muscles through flexibility.

Raw Chocolate & Yoga Workshops

What is a Raw Chocolate & Yoga Workshop? It is a workshop where we make our own raw chocolate bars with various berries, nuts or other ingredients. It takes about 40-60 mins for the chocolate to set...so while it sets we enjoy a energizing session of Yoga. After yoga you can eat the chocolate right then or take it home with you. Many people don't realize that raw chocolate is full of antioxidants. That is why we want to share this fun & yummy workshop with you all.

Boys & Girls

Hello there!!! I'm Kristy and I am the owner of this fitness business. I am here to help you with your healthy lifestyle needs  through yoga & healthy meal plans. We have various Yoga classes & Fat blasting fitness classes. Our meal plans promote whole food eating and plant based eating. 

I am passionate about health and fitness. I have over 16 yrs experience in health and fitness. I decided to open a business that incorporates my hard core bootcamp/personal training with the benefits of Yoga. I randomly have free bootcamps so I can reach as many people as I can that want to get healthy.

I will be one of the Instructors at the Smyrna, TN Location. I have BS degree in Exercise Physiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength/Condition Specialist, Certified Nutrition Consultant and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Women only Fitness Boot Camp

Our boot camps are women only. They consist of military style exercises, strength & conditioning exercises, plyometrics and running drills. This is in studio and in warmer weather we will have class at the near by park.  This is a great class to lose weight and tone up.

This program is slightly more expensive however if you purchase boot camp program you can attend all other classes as well. 

Yoga Retreat:

Tell me more.  The Yoga retreats vary from 1 day retreat, 3 day Retreat to week long retreats. Most are completely conducted by E & E. However the overseas week long retreats are just semi hosted by E & E. Yoga Classes offered at the Retreats vary from Vinyasa, Restorative, Hot Yoga and Core Focused Yoga.

We offer several different Free Yoga  Events through the year. We will post the next one soon.
